By using the Extension or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Extension or the Services.
2. The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Extension or the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we do not make any representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the Extension or the Services. You use the Extension and the Services at your own risk.
3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Extension or the Services at any time, without notice, and without liability to you or any third party. We also reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and any such changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website or otherwise providing notice to you. Your continued use of the Extension or the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment, software, and services necessary to use the Extension and the Services, including any fees or charges associated with such equipment, software, or services.

7. We do not collect any customer information and do not use the Notion database access trusted to us for any purposes other than editing tickets with the generated ticket IDs.
8. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that you may incur as a result of using the Extension or the Services, including any loss or damage to your data or other materials. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our affiliates, partners, and licensors harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Extension or the Services.
9. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia (or the state of New South Wales, if you prefer), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Extension or the Services will be resolved in the courts of Australia (or the state of New South Wales, if you prefer).
